Cancellation policy.

All payments are final

There are no refunds on plans (monthly or yearly), the one-time setup fee or reply top-ups, once paid. This includes cancelling partway through a period and replies you have not used.

Top-up replies never expire and stay on your account while your plan is active.

Cancel any time

Write to sales@unitoneai.com from your account email, or on WhatsApp at +91 83410 33324.

Your plan stops at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your dashboard and assistant keep working until then, and nothing more is charged.

We do not auto-debit your card. Each renewal is a new invoice that you choose to pay; if you do not pay it, your plan ends with the paid period.

Before your account closes you can export your data. After it closes we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

If we end the service

If we close your account without a breach on your side, we give you 30 days’ notice and refund the prepaid fees for the unused part of your period.

Charged twice by mistake

If a payment is charged twice by mistake, the duplicate charge is reversed. Email sales@unitoneai.com with the payment reference (it starts with pay_) and the email you used.

Never send card numbers, PINs or OTPs by email or WhatsApp. We will never ask for them.
